About Ron

Ron Kitlas helps executives accelerate their effectiveness, strengthen their influence, and successfully lead through change. Through executive coaching and leadership transition support, he works with leaders to improve decision-making, elevate executive communications, and build the organizational relationships necessary to drive results. His pragmatic coaching approach combines business acumen with leadership insight to help executives achieve measurable impact more quickly.


With more than 30 years of experience as a senior business executive, Chief Human Resources Officer, and organizational leader, Ron brings a practical business perspective to every coaching and consulting engagement. He serves as a qualified, trusted thought partner who combines thoughtful reflection, candid feedback, and actionable development strategies to help leaders achieve meaningful and lasting growth.


Throughout his career, Ron held senior leadership positions with ACI Worldwide, LG Electronics North America, Ingersoll-Dresser Pump Company, AlliedSignal, and Kellogg Company. He also served as Vice President of Global Sales, Services, and International Human Resources for a global technology organization and managed a business with full profit-and-loss responsibility, providing him with firsthand experience leading both people and business performance.

For more than ten years, Ron has coached C-suite executives, division presidents, functional business leaders, vice presidents, and emerging leaders across consumer products, financial services, life sciences, and technology. He has extensive experience supporting leadership transitions, executive communications, organizational influence, team effectiveness, and leadership development.

Ron is the author of Leading & Influencing: A Primer for the Newly Appointed Manager.  He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and a member of the State Bar of Michigan. He has completed advanced executive education in change leadership and human resource management through Thunderbird School of Global Management and the University of Michigan.
