Through executive coaching, leadership transition support, and strategic HR consulting, she helps leaders strengthen self-awareness, enhance executive presence, and lead with greater resilience, authenticity, and influence. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience as a senior business executive, human resources leader, and transformation strategist, Laura brings both credibility and empathy to every engagement. She serves as a qualified, trusted thought partner who invests deeply in her clients’ success, helping leaders navigate complex challenges while accelerating personal and organizational growth.
Most notably, Laura served as Worldwide Vice President, Global HR Strategy & Planning at Johnson & Johnson, where she was a member of the HR Executive Committee and led the company’s enterprise-wide HR transformation. She also held senior leadership positions with Ralph Lauren, Avaya, Dun & Bradstreet, and Ingersoll-Dresser Pump Company, leading talent strategy, leadership development, succession planning, organization effectiveness, and large-scale business transformation initiatives.
For the past six years, Laura has focused her practice on executive coaching and consulting, partnering with C-suite executives, division presidents, senior functional leaders, high-potential executives, and leadership teams across multiple industries. Her areas of expertise include leadership transitions, executive presence, organizational transformation, team effectiveness, talent strategy, and succession planning.
Laura holds a Professional Certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from Rutgers University and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource and Organization Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
